							How do I schedule my appointment?You can conveniently schedule online here or give us a call at 615-656-4091.

							Do you accept insurance?Yes, we actively partner with insurance companies so you can utilize in-network rates. If you have any questions about your insurance provider, give us a call, and we’ll be happy to check your coverage.

							Do you accept Medicaid?No, our practice does not accept Medicaid. 
- 
							What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?We provide Cherry and CareCredit payment plans to help you finance your treatment in smaller amounts, over time. In addition, our Protect and Perfect Membership Plan covers all diagnostic and treatment planning appointments, and features no annual maximums, waiting periods, or deductibles.

							How early should I get to my appointment?Please plan to arrive at our office at least 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment.

							How long does an appointment take?Appointment times vary patient to patient, depending on the consultation, treatment, or service you receive.

							What do I need for my first appointment?When you come in for your first visit, please bring X-rays taken by a previous dentist, what medications you are currently taking, any current medical concerns or conditions you have, and your dental insurance information (if you are covered and paying through insurance).

							How often do I need a dental checkup?Our team recommends having a checkup or cleaning every six months. But depending on your oral health needs, we may recommend more frequent checkups.
